All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that our HPC resources are available and operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  However, users are not assured of any level of service on HPC clusters and we cannot guarantee their availability. Please note that while support staff does its best to keep the facility up and running at all times, we cannot guarantee fast resolution of problems outside of business hours.
